No surprises here. We want to prepare you for what you can expect on your first visit.

A thorough one hour examination which includes a medical and dental history. A discussion of dental goals or issues, an assessment of the jaw joint, the muscles, the tissues and the teeth and an oral cancer check. An in-depth bone, gum exam and full dental charting is also performed. We also take digital X-rays, photos of teeth and the mouth.

Insurance Information

It is important to understand your dental coverage so you can receive maximum financial aid from your provider. Fortunately, we’re here to answer any questions you might have about your plan. We happily accept most dental insurance, but many plans only cover a portion of your procedure. We do our best to accommodate our patients’ financial needs. Our payment options, including CareCredit, will help you get the treatment you need.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We try to make scheduling appointments easy and flexible. We send reminders via email or text two weeks prior to your appointment, giving you the option to reschedule if necessary. We also send a reminder the day before your appointment.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however, we ask that we notified at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to other patients.

Note: Parents bringing in two or more family members at the same time will be restricted from scheduling a double or triple appointment after missing one such appointment for multiple family members.

Dental Emergencies

Dental emergencies don’t run on a schedule, and at Best Impressions we understand that. When these problems arise, we will make the time for you as soon as possible and focus on getting you out of pain!

Whatever the dental emergency, you should be seen as soon as possible! Call our office and we’ll do our very best to get you in that day to be treated and feeling better in no time.

As always, good preventive care at home with brushing and flossing as well as regular dental checkups and cleanings is an effective way to prevent emergencies. However, don't hesitate to call if there is a problem.

Payment info

We appreciate payment at the time of your visit. Payments can be made with cash, check, Mastercard or Visa, and direct debit. No additional fees apply to payments on credit cards.

For your convenience extended payment plans may be set up with Care Credit.  

We know life can get in the way sometimes, however, we appreciate 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Fees may apply if that notice is not given or your appointment is missed without notice.
